This was my 1st year 2nd semester student's work. I was really impressed with her work as everything was neatly done and the colored used are really good. There is one major set back for the design would actually be the Dining Area smack in the center of the walk way leading from entrance to Living Room. Overall concept and design are good, just a little set back here and there. For a 1st year 2nd semester students to produce such work is consider very good.Of course there are a few more good ones which I haven really got the time go photographed them. Some students really have good ideas but it just doesn't reflect in their working drawings and perspective. They should find out where their weaknesses are and work harder on that area, so that all areas are balanced up. After months of teaching, you can really who are the ones who can make it in the design work and who can't.
I find that a lot students actually keep everything to themselves even problems arises. I've no idea whether I’m too fierce or too friendly with the students at times. To me everybody has equal rights to learn, but whether you can learn and absorb as much as you can is another thing. Always learn to be observant in everything you do, everything you see and hear are information. How you use this information and put them into ideas?

No worries, I'm sure your college will teach and at the same time it really depends how good are you with colouring. Practice makes perfect. Keep trying as long as you know you have tried your best and no regrets.
Wow! I'm impressed!! It's always nice to see some nicely done hand drawn perspectives. They have a sense of artistic value. The overall visual presentation was nicely done. I can tell that she has put a lot of time and effort into the project and it has paid off.

Guidance is one thing, whether they are good enough to heed advice is another issue. For me if you are willing to learn, I'm more then willing to teach all I know.

All natalie's work???..i saw her model..this batch of juniors...are good..their effort are simply good..Jealous..
Not all are good, just that some put extra effort to work on it and some just didn't really bothered much. If I were to put the worst work up, you might just gasp to see the difference in them.
